ESCO® Jaw Crusher Wear Parts
ESCO replacement crusher jaws are designed to last longer and crush more efficiently, while reducing wear and tear on the crusher and producing better quality rock more consistently than original equipment jaws.

Get a Grip with ESCO
ESCO gripper slot bowl liners are specifically designed to permit oversized rock to enter the chamber and keep the feed opening clear. An excellent choice for cobblestone and river rock material that is typically difficult to grab. The result is more even wear and improved production.

ESCO® Concave Segments
Double high segments allow 2 rows of ESCO concaves to replace 4 rows of OEM designs allowing faster replacement. Eight ESCO concaves replace 12 per-row OEM segment concaves, reducing the number of seams that can wear and increase maintenance costs.
Tapered dowel pins are driven between concaves to improve contact with the top shell and create even spacing. The key concave has parallel sides and is easily removed with a wedge allowing the remainder to be easily replaced.
Mantles for Every Application
- Smooth mantles are used primarily in mining applications to maximize production of fines
- Fully ribbed mantles are used primarily in aggregate applications to improve production by allowing fine materials to escape the chamber
- Partially ribbed mantles are ribbed on the top half to maximize grip, while providing more metal in the high wear areas

- Rib valleys allow fine materials to escape, making room for new material and minimizing clogging
